Mailee Walker

Mailee Walker is the Executive Director of the Claneil Foundation; the Foundation works to create healthy communities in the Philadelphia Region. Before Mailee came to the Foundation in 2007, she served as Vice President, Communication/Program Officer of the Wachovia Regional Foundation. She has served as Executive Director of the Stanford Medical Youth Science Program and Project Coordinator for the Neighborhood Improvement Initiative in California. Mailee earned a BA in urban studies from Stanford University and an MBA in change management from the Wharton Graduate School of Business. She lives in West Philadelphia with her husband and two children. She loves to enjoy life and laugh with others at every opportunity possible.

Gloria Rabinowitz

Gloria V. Rabinowitz is President & CEO, GCM Group LLC., a technology development, strategy, and marketing company. She has held executive level positions across DuPont Strategic Business units in the life science arena. She is Managing Director, Golden Seeds Philadelphia Forum. Golden Seeds (www.goldenseeds.com) is a women-friendly angel investor group providing early stage and growth capital to women entrepreneurs across all sectors. Her professional and community involvement include: President, Wharton Alumni Club of Philadelphia; Board of Directors, The Forum of Executive Women and Mentoring Program Co-Chair; Treasurer, Board of Directors, The Walden School, Delaware County, PA; Temple University International MBA Program Advisory Board; MidAtlantic Diamond Ventures Advisory Board; WIN (Women Inventing Next) Advisory Board. Ms. Rabinowitz has her MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.

Devon Segel

Devon Segel manages the development of DiningInfo.com as President of the online restaurant database serving 10 metro centers. She graduated with an MBA from Drexel's Lebow College of Business in 2005, and a BA from Muhlenberg College in 2002 focusing on cognitive psychology and fine art. While at Lebow College of Business, Devon co-founded Drexel Women in Business. Devon served as the Co-President and Co-VP of Marketing.

Betsy Leebron

Betsy Leebron Tutelman is Professor and Chair of the Department of Broadcasting, Telecommunications and Mass Media in the School of Communications and Theater at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She has had a variety of leadership roles and serves on many university committees including the President's Advisory Committee on Intercollegiate Athletics, the Tuition Advisory Committee, the University Tenure and Promotion Advisory Committee and the Leadership Academy. She earned a Ph.D. in Speech Communication, from Northwestern University (1978), a Master of Arts in Radio-Television-Film, Northwestern (1975) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Goucher College (1974). She is also involved in many service initiatives including serving as an at large member of the Board of the Women's MBA Network.

Leslie Green

Leslie Green is Associate Director, Global Forecasting at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and her responsibilities include forecasting revenues for the Premarin family of products. Leslie has over 20 years of experience in financial management. She earned her undergraduate degree in Accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and earned her MBA from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Leslie has served the Women's MBA Network as the (Interim) Treasurer and as a Co-VP of Events prior to her current role as Co-VP of Partnerships.

Elinor R. Haider

Elinor Haider has worked for 12 years in the field of economic development in Washington D.C., Chicago, Latin America, and Philadelphia. She holds a MA from Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and MBA in Real Estate from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. Ms. Haider was named the Deputy Commerce Director by the City of Philadelphia's new Mayor Michael Nutter. Her primary responsibilities are defining major economic development policy initiatives for the City of Philadelphia, overseeing a major departmental reorganization, setting strategic goals across City agencies, and coordinating complex public and private real estate transactions to achieve these goals.

Katherina M. Rosqueta

Katherina M. Rosqueta is the founding Executive Director of the Center for High Impact Philanthropy (CHIP) at the University of Pennsylvania's School of Social Policy & Practice. Before joining CHIP, Kat spent five years as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. Prior to McKinsey, Kat spent over 10 years in the San Francisco Bay Area where she was a founding team member for New Schools Venture Fund, founding director of Board Match Plus, and program manager for Wells Fargo Bank's Corporate Community Development Group. Her civic leadership roles include serving as president of the board of La Casa de las Madres and chair of the Bay Area Week of Caring. Kat received her BA cum laude from Yale University and her MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is a native of Philadelphia where she lives with her husband and three children.
