Work/Life Balance: Fact or Fiction
October 19, 2006: Sponsored by WolfBlock
"Work/life balance" has become a holy grail for many women and their partners. Having children and going back to work adds another component to the equation. Why is balance so elusive? How do you find it and keep it? Is it simply a matter of prioritizing and outsourcing?
This evening was a unique opportunity for learning, networking, and great laughs as we took group therapy to a whole new level of self discovery and self admiration. Panelists/partners shared their personal quests for balance and program attendees discussed their own challenges and found tips and insights from panelists and other attendees. We also shared anecdotes with fellow seekers of balance.
